The hotel is under renovations from September 5, 2008 through December 15, 2008. Work is on a couple of buildings at a time from 8am-5pm weekdays. All Marriott Brands in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
